Drive to the airport to flight to Sabha overnight in the camping
Drive to Jerma (160 km) then visit of Al Awinatt (290 km) continue to Akakuss (30 km) overnight in the camping.
Day 5 and 6
Two days in akakuss overnight in the camping.
Drive from akakuss to al awinatt overnight.
Drive from al awinatt to Oubari, then Tkerkiba overnight.
The morning visit of the Desert Lakes then return to Sabha. the afternoon flight to Tripoli overnight.
Excursion to the magnificent Roman Site of Leptis Magna With its theatre, Forum, Baths, and Sports Ground return to Tripoli overnight.
Visit the Centuries-old grain stores of Gasser Al Hajj (120km) and Nalout (150 km) where the lunch will be taken continue to Ghadamess (335 km) for two nights at al waha hotel.
Sightseeing the unique and enchanting oasis of Ghadamess on the edge of the Sahara. Visit the old town with its labyrinthine passages and take lunch in a richly decorated traditional house. Late afternoon excursion to watch the sun set over the sand dunes ; on the Way, we visit the ruins of Qasr aL-Ghoul (Castle of the Ghost), allegedly the remains of an old Roman fort, where the local inhabitants succumbed to a siege during the Arab conquest of Libya in the 7th Century AD.
Drive to the Berber cabaw village to visit the fortified grain store and library of the writer, Buruni. Continue through the Jabal Nafusa mountain range to Yeffren the panoramic hilltop town and then to Gharyan where a visit will be made to a troglodyte house. Overnight in Tripoli.
Full day sightseeing in Tripoli including the superb National Museum, Green Square, Algeria Square Cathedral, Church of Santa Maria, the 18th century British Consulate, the 17th century French Consulate, the Arch of Marcus Aurelius and the mosques and souks of the medina where lunch will be take then return to Tripoli overnight.
