For most travelers wishing to enter Libya, they must hold a valid passport and visa. Visas may be obtained through the Libyan People's Bureau or in cooperation with a Libyan Travel agent. The Libya Travel Agent arranging the tour can apply for a visa on your behalf.  Prior to your departure, the agent will fax you a copy of the visa approval which you will present upon arrival at the Tripoli Airport.  At that time, the authorities will put the visa into your passport.

Arabic Translation

Israel Passport Holders or Visa Holders

Travelers who carry a passport with a valid or expired visa for Israel may be denied entry into Libya.
